AUSTRALIA SURRENDER TO BANGLADESH FRO 217 RUNS

The Australian cricket team is touring Bangladesh. The first test cricket match between Australia and Bangladesh teams began yesterday in Dhaka.

Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat first and scored 260 runs in the first innings. Shakib Al Hasan scored 84 runs and Tamim Iqbal scored 71. In the Australian side, Cummins, Nathan Lyon and Ashton Agar took 3 wickets.

After the first innings of the Australian innings, the Australians lost 18 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 9 overs. David Warner lost eight and Usman Kawaja and Nathan Lyon did not make any difference. Renshaw was in the lead with 6 runs and Captain Steven Smith 3.
